Hello, Hello!

Emmaus, PA(Zone 6a)

Hi! i finally subscribed to Dave's garden.. ive been a non subscribing member since the early days, but never posted, just did alot of reading. There are names here that i remember from way back!
I recently moved from the home we built, to an older home, and have the chance to create yet another garden.. There was all lawn here but thats being reduced quickly :-)

This is my website... of the home we built and my gardens that i created from nothing.

Hi, Terri! I love your website, but my ISP is a little slow tonight. I'll have a better look at it another time. How is the new (old) house coming along? Now that you have moved to you prefer new houses, or old?

Take care,
Jody

HI Jody,
thanks for replying! i personally have always loved older homes.. there is a character and antiquity that a new house just doesnt seem to have.
My DH and i built the home.. he was more fond of it then i was.... altho i liked the idea of not having to do anything within the home :) I just had many yrs of fun creating my flower beds.

Now, the new/old home is PERFECT, im in love with my house! the yard was just lawn with a nasty big marine locust tree. Ive had that removed... and have created an 8X11 pond with a huge garden surrounding it. :) i brought the fish that were in my original pond, down here to the new place. :)
