Milk and Honey is realy putting on a show, Brugs are so rare in Indiana cars are slowing down, and taking pictures, I was just amazed at how many blooms she has, and she is loaded with small buds. This is one I would love to just pick up and bring in the house, she is only 4' tall but she is realy spread out.
Struttin her stuff
Beautiful show, I will have to keep a look out for this one and try to get her.

Wow, I can see why she is stopping traffic. That's quite a flush!
Nice show indeed!
Mine is 4 foot tall but thin not wide as yours.
I have just received my first 2 blooms, waiting on number 3! ;)
Shes a loker alright and mild sweet scent too. 8D
Wow! I really love the shape of those blooms. I'd be slowing down too!
Doris thats awesome beautiful.. you really got it going.. nice...
Twyla
Gorgeous blooms!
Wow Kareoke! That is impressive! I would be stopping too!
That's beautiful !!!
I have a question though..... it appears to be in the ground and not potted . What do you do in the winter months ??? I thought unless you had an exceptional mild climate in winter the brugs had to be indoors during those months. Do you dig it up....??
Sorry for the stupid question but I'm just getting into the draw of the Brugs...lol. I think it will be an addiction.

I just love milk n honey. Very pretty.
that is so fantastic looking. No bigger compliment that cars slowly cruising by!
Well our local paper stopped by and took picture, said they would print it. *S*
Congrats again, Doris! She is absolutely stunning.
What a nice honor!!....I do hope they print the picture!:)
You have overcome so many odds, I am very happy for you.
All of your worrying and your work has really paid off.
Gorgeous, Doris. I know I would slow down for the show, too. Too pretty!
To answer the question about winter, WEEEEEELL either must dig it up, or take cuttings, at this point I am sure the roots are too large for me to dig so I will take large cuttings, (including the Y ) and try to grow new ones for next year.
Wow to start from a cutting every year it must grow really fast !!!!
Thankyou for answering!!!!!!!!

What a show off she's become! LOL When they put on a full flush like that it's just amazing .... and a reminder to all why we put up with these plants.
Mary
She's one purrrdy lady!
Wowser! That is some show.
I received some mystery cuttings in July and can hardly wait to see the blooms next year.
I made the front page of the local paper this morning, and I had a laugh, the editor wanted to know how you could get plants to grow in this climate, I had to explain about starting cuttings, and I told him about the Bubbler methode, well he used that name instead of Brugmansia, guess it stuck in his head or maybe he forgot how to spell BRUGMANSIA.
the paper.
