Does anyone know what pepper this is and if so can it be eaten?

Thanks Naien, are they etible or just orntamental? I'll keep a check on them and if I get seeds I'll send some, remind me via d-mail though as I may forget.

Got Fine Fruit from Serbia that is similar too...they are hot with a good flavor...hotter than a Jalapeno...about like a hot cayenne. I use them in dried mixes and in pickles...they work great.
