It's a syngonium from. Tons of colorful forms of these out their. Easiest way to tell a syngonium from a philo. The sap of the syngonium is white. Syngoniums are closely related to Xanthosomas which is a EE it also has white sap.

I've heard to look for a border edge or lip on the leaf.
If it has one, as yours does, it's a Xanth or a relative
Not sure it holds true, but an old Aroider told me that.
