i have been lurking around the site for a few months now...i finally decided that i needed to jump in and get my feet wet!

i am a first time home buyer with a yard that until recently consisted of some bermuda grass and a mailbox. this is my first try at gardening and i can say that it has really made my summer! who knew i would love it so much? i have no idea what i am doing but i am having fun along the way.

i look forward to meeting everyone!

Welcome to Daves Garden!

Hi, mystic. I'm new, too. (from Ohio)

My lack of experience at gardening is sometimes an advantage! And when it's not, well, lesson learned. As long as it's not too expensive of a lesson, I don't mind making mistakes.
