And no camera in hand....The last two buds on my night blooming cereus opened Thursday night. Our mornings are getting cooler now so when I got up yesterday morning they were still open. There were 3-4 hummers in the area and 2 of them landed on the 2 blooms. Talk about eye candy!! Thought about going to get the camera,but was too enthralled to miss the moment....oh well, there's always next year.

don't you just hate that when that happens... normally when I have my camera I don't see anything thrilling.. but when I leave it inside that is when these great photo opportunities happen.. Yes, you are right.. there is always next year.
