You have lovely tropical windows. I've always said, "Plants make a house a home", and yours certainly looks "homey" to me. I love your patio also. You must spend a lot of time watering (like I do....like I guess we ALL do). Ha

Rosita,

Your windows are beautiful. Wow, collecting Hoya since 1970, that's amazing! You really have done a great job cataloguing and photographing all your plants.

Also, I share your love for Irish Wolfhounds. I haven't owned one, yet. I'm waiting till I have a little more space, but one day I hope to have one, too!!

Your collection of hoyas is amazing Rosita. Your close-up pictures of the flowers are excellent. The windows are beautiful with all the plants hanging in them. You've inspired me to get some hooks and hang some plants in front of mine.

I have one question. Those things that hang down in between the plants in the windows....are those lights? If so, why do you need extra light when they are right in the window like that?

Yes, this is lights. Our winther months are very dark. From Oktober untill February, They hanging there most for lights in the window, it looks good. Here in Sweden most of the people have a kind of a lamp in the windows. Not specially for Hoyas or other plants.

Ditto, love your site!

Are all the blooms from your very hoyas?

Rosita your plants are beautiful. The patio is wonderful. How long does it take you to water all your plants?

Not very long. About an hour, sometimes moore. I have about 500 plants and a lot of big pots in the garden. I have long arms now, carring all buckets with water . LOL

Rosita I love your pictures. So many beautiful Hoyas. I am still new to the big world of Hoyas I only thought there two or three varieties until I joined DG and met Horsewoman. I have learned there is a whole world I didn't know about. Thanks for the pictures.

The dogs are great. I have had Borzois for years. Several friends have the Irish Wolfhounds, we have often thought of having one. When the Borzois are gone.
