Christmas "something" using orange extract

How's this for a specific request?

I was cleaning out my baking supplies cupboard and found a bottle of orange extract that I'd forgotten. The second I opened it, the smell sent me back to my mom's kitchen before Christmas. But I can't remember what it was she made! I've searched thru all of her scraps of paper in her recipe shoebox, and I'm wading thru the cookbook collection. Mom wasn't the best when it came to keeping such things organized, lol.

It had to be either a cookie or some type of candy, that was all she made.

So what do you make for Christmas that uses orange extract?
