I don't have much in the way of veggies, but how about Catnip for Chinese Lanterns, or Four O'clocks?
Catnip can be used in infusions, and in teas, as well as the obvious cat uses...

Have a few Sweet Pea, only two or three seeds so far, and will have an abundance of Radish seed, Early Scarlet Globe. And I just discovered in the Identification forum, that I have Soybeans, which are almost ready. LMK if any of these interest you...
tubss - soybeans would be GREAT... that's the kind of green calorie crop i need. i'm stocked up on radishes and peas unless they are extra-tasty herlooms. anything on my list you'd like?
