Roots...not the movie:-)

I finally got this rooting thing down, or at least I think so. I rooted this megalaster in about 2 weeks using the plastic baggie method!!

Awanda,
I have been trying that baggie method as well. Took a clipping off my sisters noid. It has been in a baggie for almost 3 weeks, and nothing. Yours look great. Congrats.

When I went to the hydorponics store the other day, they were telling me I should try this "cloning gel" stuff they sell there. You are supposed to dip your cutting in it before putting it in the medium. Sort of like rooting powder, except it is not that. He said to try some on several cuttings & some without & I would see a big difference in how fast & how big the roots would form. So....had to get some. Still haven't tried it, but I will let you know results.
Awanda....wondering if you have tried this gel?

Marcy I did see several rooting / cloning jels, but couldn't see paying the price. If I can continue to root hoyas as well as this megalaster, I won't need any rooting or cloning jel. Here's their website, is the jel your hydrophonics store recommed shown here?

Yeahhhooooo Awanda!
Congratulations!!!
I am still at the glass of water stage for rooting - trying to do it with the hormones is a death knell for plants in my care.
