and Black eyed Susan vine. I guess I got a little carried away with the camera.
It seems like I have been watching the news constantly, so I went out into the yard to unwind a bit.

Great blooms. How big did your snail vine get?
we planted ours in late april so far it has covered a 12ft
tree....

Hello jerodsmon,

Your JMG here
http://davesgarden.com/forums/fp.php?pid=1739794
is 'Kanoko'

Your Red Mt. Fuji, I love.
I didn't have luck getting mine to germinate this year.
In fact, ALL of your vines are incredible.
Especially like this one

All look so healthy and happy.

Love the "smoothies"! I couldn't find any of those for sale this year, but enjoyed seeing posted pictures of it this Spring...nice to see it, again.
maybe they'll sell it around here next season...did you order them, or find them locally?

That variegated stephie is so much prettier than the regular!...very nice.

Your "snail vine" is actually the corkscrew. Most like it much better than the snail...

Does your white mand. laxa have a scent? Someone sent me seeds for "large jasmine flowered vine with no scent"...I'm wondering if this is what they had...

Georgiagarden3, Taylor is right, what I put as snail wine is actually the corkscrew vine. It is about 10 ft. tall and just n ot started blooming. I haven't been able to pick up a frangrance from it yet, but hopefully will when more blooms open.

Emma, Thanks for help with the I.D.'s. I have many other Japanese m.g.'s that haven't even bloomed yet. I very seldom get seeds off them because they bloom so late in the season here.

Taylor, neither the Mandavilla laxa or the thunbergia gregorii has a frangrance.
I found the raspberry smoothie at a Home Depot in our area, but I had to order the
apricot smoothie, it doesn't seem to in circulation in the Bay area.

You have some beautiful vines. I especially like the varigated stephie. I have the regular but I like your variegated much better.

San Antonio, TX(Zone 9a)

jerodsmom, I love your vines. I wish I had more room to grow them as well. I've looked everywhere for the Raspberry Smoothie. No one here has had them. Has anyone seen the plants or the seeds for sale on the web?

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 4a)

Taylor and minigrannie you should have said something when I had posted pictures of my Apricot & Raspberry Smoothies. I could have got you some than, but the good news is that I won't be able to bring them all in that I did buy so I should have some smoothies for you to. Let me know if you are interested.

I can also keep my eye's open . I know I won't find the Apricot Smoothie, but I occassionally see the Raspberry Smoothie's at home depot.

Lovely Patricia! I especially love the smoothies. I saw a raspberry at Home Depot but did not have anywhere to put it. I later went back to get it anyway & it was gone. LOL Oh well. Always next year.
You said your Mandevilla Laxa is not fragrant? That is strange, mine is REALLY fragrant. Not particularly to my taste though, reminds me of funerals. No idea why that comes to mind, but it does.

Donna-
Yes, I'd love to adopt your smoothies! I'll have to find some more things to add to our trade!

Okie, dokie. I will be able to send you one of each. I have a few of them in different containers. One of my hanging baskets broke during the storm early this morning. Do you think they would root easier in water or in soil? I think it was you that had posted a picture of your Dioscora discolor. Do you have a baby tuber?

I found a Raspberry smoothie at a local nursery. I cut it back because it had spider mites, but it's putting out new growth now. I didn't even think about rooting the parts I cut off!
Patricia, your vines are lovely!
