Slow cooker squash recipe???

I have a 16 pound Jarrahdale Squash that I just harvested and would like to cook for my Gardening Group at the Adult Day Care. We do not have "kitchen" facilities. Our food is cooked up at the main Nursing Home and brought down to steam tables. I have at my disposal an electric fry pan, a microwave and a slow cooker.

Any suggestions???
