That's gorgeous, Kell! Is it growing in your yard?

I have it in a pot, Donna. It will go where an apricot tree now stands. We are lazy to get some one in to chop it down and whirl away the roots.

I LOVE IT!! I can't wait till spring to see how it does.

How is this plant doing for you? I remember when you first posted this and thought it was such a stunning maple.

I was just looking at it 2 days ago. It is full of leaves about to leaf out. I need to repot it ASAP. I didn't plant it into the ground because I never had my dead carcass of an apricot tree taken out. And now that I so want to move, I won't. I still love my tree so much! It thanks you for asking.

My apricot tree dies a few years ago and we just attached a big rope and pulled, it must have been so rotten as it came out easier than expected and I was able to dig the roots out.
I want to move too!

Ohhh, I WANT that vine!

You know, before tossing any neglected plants, you better call me!
I have been working super hard in my backyard the past couple of weeks trying to get things in order because company is coming. i am proud of myself but wish i had been smarter and started earlier.
When and if I move, i would have to repot everything, store them elsewhere and put in simple generic plants just to sell, I think most prospective buyers would be intimidated with a plant collectors garden. And now, just thinking about doing that, I may chicken out and never want to move.
