I love the leaves on this hoya, however I haven't been able to find out much information about it. Anyone???

Blessings,

Try searching for 'Lao 1' and I think you'll find something. Again it's about verticillata/acuta/paracitica... Try all of them and see what you come up with.

Hi Awanda
The flower looks like my photo. It is from my H.parasitica Lao1.
Take care

Thanks Rosita and Christina, I'll google for Lao 1. Marcy I'm sorry for helping to increase your "want list"......NOT.

Marcy, I know from a very reliable source that Carol will soon have this hoya in her range. I think just about when she gets back from NZ.

Here's a BIG new leaf on my 'Lao 1'. This is one hoya that I can grow without the flowers. However, I do have two peduncles on the way...

The flowers look like the pictures of seen on verticula. Although I don't have one myself. But I also like the leaves on "laos". Are there any hoyas native to NZ?
If so, I were all in for trouble!! LOL!!!

YIPEEEEEEE!

Thanks Christina...

I am going to stick my neck out and say that I will bet it is a beaut iful clone of H. verticillata...can't wait!!! I have 4 or 5 clones of it already!!!! One of my favorites....

Alas..no hoyas in NZ although my host had just bought a H. carnosa so I am among friends!!!! Beautiful flowering cherries, rhododendrons in full bloom 40' high and glowing with flowers, magnolias,...it is early spring and simply glorious!!!

I will keep checking in!!!

Alohas to all,

Carol
