My japanese or siberian (I'm really not sure which kind they are, but I'm leaning more towards Japanese from pictures I have seen) irises have gone to seed and I've snipped the dried pods. So I've got a lot for anyone that is interested. They are deep purple and tall with dark foliage and I love the dramatic seed pods in the fall.
Let me know what you would like to trade or just send a SASE.

I had really good success with these seed. I just put them into peat pots and when they spouted moved them into individual 4" pots. They are not hard to do at all! I think mine will bloom next year...

PS today when I was mailing a SASE out I was talking with the lady at the post office (I was also mailing seeds) she said they have to chargemore for mail that cant go through the machine like the envelope with my seeds in it! I never knew this! So thats why I ask how much for postage :)
