My guess is belottii. A cross between alata and caerulea, I believe...

Yes, thank you. I checked the info and thank goodness plants can't read what we write about them. When I got it as a gift last year it said hardy to zone 6. That didn't seem right so to be sure it would survive I covered it with a bag of pine needles in early November before the ground began to freeze. It came back as you can see. Thanks for the name. :) Marietta
