Printing a large emailed photo

Hi folks:

I need your help!

I've been sent a large photo via email, and it's way to large to fit on a regular sheet of paper.
I've tried a few things to no avail...only the top portion of the left side of the photo prints (only 2 of the 10 people in the photo!).

Ideally I'd like to rotate it 90 degrees ...but if someone could at least give me instructions on how to fit it on a regular page...I'd much appreciate it.

It's a photo sent by a relative of my grandfather's entire family, and I'd love to print it out and give a copy to my mom, who has no computer access.
