For those of you who may be faced with the tropical storm (at this point) Katrina you may want to keep check on the water level of your pond and more importantly toss in/adjust the alkalinity of your pond by adding an extra bit of baking soda. Given the amounts of rain coming with the storm you may want to have a bit of additional buffering capacity in your pond. Just a suggestion
