Would you like to trade your Bells of Ireland for a packet of mullein? The seeds were bought from Chilterns last year and I grew it and harvested seed this week. It makes a huge fuzzy rosette which eventually grows into a six foot stalk. A nice plant for a specimen planting.

Pinky100 and Windy - You've got D-Mail!

Okay, I must be missing something. I went back and read the trading primer but I can't find what the difference is between SASE and SASBE. Will someone please tell me?

North Adams, MI(Zone 5b)

Is SASBE a bubble envelope?

Yep, I realized after I posted! Oh well took me a few. *smile*

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Yep, SASBE is bubble envelope. Hand-cancelled envelopes, whether BE or not, are 49 cents for the first ounce, 60 cents for up to 2 ounces. There was a recent thread with some tips on sending SASBE, I think I'll bump it... http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/535498/

Thanks, Critter ... always so helpful!

Aurora, IL

IO1 - You've got D-mail... And I'm sorry about that. I didn't realize there was a difference until I had made the post. I went back in an corrected it, but it's still in the title.

Hairgirl5 - Still have all your asking for. I may be interested in veggies. I tried this year, but it was way to dry and all I got were radishes. I let them go to seed and will have zillions, but I will have to try again next year! LMK

Critter - Thanks for the link. Would hate to send an SASBE and not have enough postage on it. I've been taking them to the post office and weighing them and 'guestimating' how much the seeds will add.

Sue

Meant to put this in previous post.

Will be gone the next few days. If anyone has sent me anything, I won't get it till Tue. If anyone is expecting something from me, I will send all I can today and then anything else will have to wait until Tue.

Again, thanks all

Sue

Hi tubbs just wondering if there are any seeds left for sasbe?
please email me at katbow7@aol.com thanks alot Diane

Aurora, IL

Diane - You've got d-mail...

River Grove, IL(Zone 5a)

Tubbs-you have D-mail. I see we are in similar zones. Maybe you could make up a set for me of whatever is good for a sunny spot--I'm going to be planting in a southern exposure this spring. I would take as many seeds as you think is fair for whatever of my trades you would like. I have lots of raspberries and weeping pussywillow; I could take cuttings from Black Knight butterfly bush or burning bush. Let me know.
