New Growth!!!

Yippee, I'm SO pleased. Almost all of the cuttings from last summer, and this year's too are finally showing some new growth. Some of the epi cuttings were so smal,l and starting to look rotting from all the rain we have had.

A month ago, I moved them (21 small pots, about half epies and half holiday cactus) where they are more protected and now have new growth showing. Some of the cuttings were less that 2" tall when I got them. My 2 really big epies have lots of new growth, too.

My epi's are taking a beating with all the rain we have been getting. Some of my cuttings are protesting. I am seeing new growth on a lot of my plants though. I had 2 epi's blast their buds. Not sure if it is from all the rain. I was so hoping they would bloom, my first night bloomers.

Darius,
Mine too!! Just about all of the cuttings that I've gotten in the past couple of months have new growth :) Even the ones that don't, are sprouting air roots.
Karen,
I think you've gotten more rain that I have. I've been having to water everything. Its a good thing that I've 2 rain barrels...lol
