I have 1 Red Carex grown from seed in a 6 inch pot. I did not have the species name and purchased the seed as "Red Rooster" So you'll have to look and see what species. It is currently about 6 inches wide & 8 inches tall. I am hoping to find some kind of other ornamental perennial grass. Thanks for looking!
