Are these Oriental Lily Bulb Babies?

I had Oriental Lily bulbs planted in my garden and had moved them. I just found these little baby bulbs in the area near where I had moved them from. Could these be their babies? If not, do you have any ideas what they could be?

The top two bulbs are the Oriental Lily bulbs, the top one is roots up, it was just easier to take the pic that way.

Thanks for your help everyone. I posted on the ID forum and think I've gotten my answer...yes they are Oriental Lily bulb babies.
