I have posted earlier on these--however, we need to live in the "here and now".....
The two I have, have such different growth habits! One is climbing all over my shed! I am glad I have it is in a pot, or it may be invasive. The other is behaving nicely in a pot with a small trellis, even though if it had somewhere else to climb, it would. The vines are all over the place--just hanging down. I'd like to know the names of these also. Here's some pictures:

Here's the front of my shed--with the thermometer showing a lovely 80 degrees! Having nice weather here this week! Ole Passi is looking to find a new territory to explore.
The "climber" has this kind of a flower. Weird how the bottom petals point downward!
Here's the other one. Not the best lighting, but you'll get the idea....
And here are the blooms of the above one. Names?????
Your "climber" is Lady Margaret. Don't know what the other one is.
Is your second one p. caerulea?

Thanks! Yes it is a careulea "Clear Sky"! DAH! I still had the plant tag in the pot it came with--could have just looked there!
