Fertilizer question

Ive been looking for a forum to ask this question..I see alot of these hibiscus you talk about are the tropicals...I guess I will ask anyway...I found some fertilizer for azaleas/hibiscus/camelias..this fertilizer was from Bayer and was 16-3-2..Now it was a very good price but it got me to thinking about if I should be using this particular fertilizer since I just use my all purpose....any thoughts on this?...is this something I should buy?...Judy
