Easy Ideas for Eggs

A single guy friend of ours just received two dozen eggs. He's NOT a cook, but he's looking for some simple ideas for things to make with them. He doesn't like deviled eggs. I can suggest regular things like scrambled eggs, fried eggs (fried egg sandwiches), and some sort of quiche/frittata. Here's my other suggestion, which is a big hit with my husband:

German Pancakes

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
4 eggs
2 Tbsp butter/margarine
lemon juice
powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 425. Mix the first three ingredients. Melt the butter in a pie pan in the oven. Tip the plate so butter covers the bottom and sides of the pan. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve topped generously with lemon juice and powdered sugar.

Does anyone else have any ideas??
