Butterfly id Please!

Fort Lauderdale, FL(Zone 10b)

I took this picture at the Key West Butterfly Conservatory. When I asked inside what it was, the person who would have had the answer was at lunch.
Anyone know what it is, or even a family would help.
Thanks!

Art-I have the pocket guide put out by the National Audubon Society of Familiar Butterflies of North America, and I can't find a butterfly in there that remotely resembles your butterfly!! I know some other DG member will know what it is, and I'll be watching to find out. Thanks for sharing it.

It looks like a Banded Orange (Dryadula phaetusa) to me.

pajarito, Your id was right on the money. I didn't even realize it could be local. It never showed up in any of my links for Florida butterflies.

Awesome butterfly photo. We're supposed to have a few of those around Texas but I've never seen one.

By the way, that duranta purple sky flower bush is wonderful for attracting all kinds of butterflies.

I haven't seen one here either, but this fall I am re-doing parts of my yard in an effort to get more of the "local" butterflies here. I am researching what larva plants these butterflies and several others use. Once I gather this information, I will be planting more larva plants to attract these "locals". With my limited experience I have found I can get a good variety of butterflies by haveing plants they use for their larva.
Some examples of this I have observed are Sulphurs and Whites visit just to deposit eggs on my Christmas Siennas. Giant Swallowtails visit to deposit eggs on my Wild Lime. Giant Black Swllowtail visits to deposit eggs on my parsley. None of the above ever stop to get nectar from dozens of plants and flowers in the yard. They stop by just to lay eggs.

I have the purple sky flower and it's white cousin, the White Sky Alba side by side in my yard. The white is the more fragrant of the two.

I have a thread of butterfly pictures I have taken at my past two visits to the Key West Butterfly Conservatory this summer, at the following link here. http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/509700/ There are some very interesting varieties shown in dozens of pictures.
