Invasive, but beautiful beyond compare.

Invasive does not describe this plant accurately. This plant is evil.

Kell, plants are not evil. Your dissatisfaction came about because you chose to plant it without doing any research beforehand apparently. Maybe your garden is too small for plants that have a natural tendency to spread. Say, if you wanted to cover over an ugly chain link fence or something else unsightly, you'd be giving rave reviews to Ipomoea indica. The binomial Ipomoea acuminata is outdated. I have a 100' X 100' area I devote to morning glories of all types and I love most of them.Ipomoea indica is a beautiful plant for special uses. Here is my plant from two years ago. What a place for morning coffee I have. Eat your heart out, Kell.

Eat my heart out? Not likely. LOL. The plant is evil. Here it is swallowing up whole ravines killing every plant it smothers. Truly evil.
