This is Cooperii a large bushy shrub with rose,green,white,pink and red variegation in the leaves, Flowers are rose pink with a red eye, unlike the other forms of variegated hibiscus clones.

Heres a pic of the foliage. the inner parts of the shrub are mostly green, the outer parts are the showiest.
