Will be available Aug. 2006

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

One of the hybrids I ordered from Monika. And yes-I went through the Gov. and it is in quarantine until Aug. 20006.

One of the darkest brugs I have ever seen and the color is unaltered on the photos. Sorry the photos are a little overexposed. The tendrils are amazing and twist and turn after opening. The only thing it lacks is a strong fragrance. It does have a very mild fragrance. Monika has done a terrific job with the development of this color. It was not by accident.

Thank you Monika for giving me the opportunity to introduce Gartenzauber in the US.

Gartenzauber is a member of the Rubiline.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Very pretty pictures, Barb. You are so lucky to have some of Monika's great brugs. She has sure made some beauties. I know it costs a lot to get the plants legally and I hope you are able to recover your costs starting in Aug. '06.

Hilltop Lakes, TX(Zone 8a)

What can be said that already hasn't been said...well I must go change my shirt the drool is very annoying.....

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

Monika, Gartenzauber is wonderful. I have never seen such intense color. You did a great job on the crosses getting this color. It is even intense in this heat. Can't wait to see the color when it cools slightly in the fall. It was well worth the wait and anxiety getting your beauties to the US.

Crestview, FL(Zone 7b)

Barbara.. now why couldnt that be blooming when I was there last week?? That is a very intense pink.. I really like it.. Bravo Monika on such a nice plant.

I am so happy for you Barbara and this is only the beginning of beautiful blooms from Monika's plants. In spite of all that has taken place in the past year, you have worked hard in taking care of your new brugs and you deserve the wonderful rewards. I can't wait to see more beautiful pictures of gorgeous and unique brugs.

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

She is absolutly STUNNING and I think I would give up all my Brugs for one of her.

Thanks everyone-Monika is the one the thanks go to. She has bred this where there is almost no yellow in the color. This is as close to a red I have ever seen. If I were to describe the color it would be old brick red. The photo does not do it justice. The light washes out the color.
VISIBONE color 195,47,47.
RHS color Grayed-red group 180 B.

San Jose, CA(Zone 9a)

Barbara....I did a paint swatch with the VIVIBONE COLOR....in photoshop...

Is this the color it looks like?

Margie, you plant was mailed today. Had company first of week and couldn't get to postoffice.

It is close but more desaturated, not that intense. It is so hard to give a color to a living plant that has depth.
