Finally.....this week's blooming brugs

Myrtle Beach, SC

It has been a very hot, dry Summer for us. We have watered twice a day several times a week for months but it has paid off. Here are a few of my babies.....

Beautiful!!! Since stripping mine for mites...I have no blooms to enjoy AT ALL so I really enjoy my early stroll, cuppa in hand, thru DG Brugmaniacs' Gardens!!

boy, Cypress Gardens is a big show off, isn't she. Looks like you really got it going on down there. No rain though? ehhh, If I was in Myrtle Beach or even back down in Charleston, I'd have a realllll hard time devoting as much time in the yard as I do up here.

Thanks everyone, it was a labor of love for sure. They are certainly worth the effort.
Again, thanks to all of you who post information on the "how to's" of raising Brugs. We spend hours researching posts and dreaming of "one day". We also have the longest wish list there ever could be!!!!!! We couldn't do it without you.

Margo and Jack, your labor of love sure did pay off, I agree, all of your brugs are just lovely. Beautiful, just beautiful! Yeah, lol...living there at Myrtle Beach would make it hard to concentrate on the yard at certain seasons :-) Like this one! I used to live in Savannah, GA and love love loved it....I wish I could have stayed there and if given half the chance,...I'd be there right now! But then I'd have to leave my GD and that would not be good :o)

Have a Wonderful day!

Sad News :((
Today a thunder & lightning storm blew through Myrtle Beach. Only lasted about 2 hours but it really chopped up my Dr Seuss. All that is left are 2 small side limbs...it was lopped off the main TRUNK less than 6 inches off the dirt. She was over 5 ft...so I have lots of cuttings :)) Glad I made pictures when I did.

Oh so sad. He was such a fat brug too. Always seems to happen just before you hit it big time. I am sorry!

Your pictures are just great. I love snooping in other's gardens.
