Does any one have monarch larvae?

This is a weird question but... Does any one have any monarch larvae to trade for plants or crafts?

I never get any in my butterfly garden and I'm putting up with a lot of common milkweed just to get some. I have four kinds of milkweed and no monarchs!

I just wanted to raise some is all and then be able to release them. Maybe they'll then lay their eggs on my milkweed.

How would we get them to you safely without cooking them in this weather? What would they be packed in? I currently have various stages and would gladly share but safety is my main concern.
