Wanted: seeds for perennials, grasses, etc, that come true.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

It has been a year or two since I have seriously collected many seeds. I am finding that I would like to grow a large variety of perennials that would come true from seed and also not be truly invasive. I am about to have a large quantity of land and I would love to put in tons of large clumps of things (and may end up selling them later, just want to be honest). I'll have to put some serious effort into collecting seeds to trade or will figure out something else to trade for them. If you have freshly collected seeds to share, please let me know. :)

Hey woman! If I'm still here in the fall or at least cooler weather (it's beginning to really look like it to - I'm lazy!) I have several different grasses I can get you clumps of!

I have Miscanthus Sara Bande - very pretty smaller variety (still big tho) that is green with a white stripe up the middle.

Prarie Switchgrass I grew from seed - it's gorgeous!

Blue Fescue - small (teeny) and gorgeous

I have Pampas and Miscanthus Sinesis (Sp) but those can be invasive although maybe not in your area.

Also have plenty of perennial seeds - Coneflower, Coreopsis, I can't think of them all...

Anyway, would be glad to send you a box full! I would like to wait for it to cool a bit though - it's too hot to even think about digging!

If you are interested send me a reminder message in a few months. If YOU remember that is! LOL!!!

Nicole

Oh and don't tell Hczone6 I told you but he has a GREAT bed of grasses and you are right there! Tell him your coming over and bringing your shovel! LOL!! (I sent him Sara Bande this Spring)

Hey, just thought about something too - I am going to be digging EE's this weekend if you want some. Check out my journal under Bulbs. I have pics too!

I have tons of Illustris and Fontanesii although I am not sure they would be hardy for you. I have to mulch the heck out of mine here.

Silsbee, TX(Zone 9a)

Sending you a dmail, dahling

Hi Badseed, I will have purple coneflower, white coneflower, ruby giant coneflower seeds and maybe gloriosa daisy seeds. How about some tall hardy phlox seeds? These will all be later on though. I also have:

Hollyhocks
Centaurea - Montana Blue and Alba

If I think of more seeds I will have, I'll let you know. You can just have the seeds for postage. Let me know. ~Sandy~
