Where can I get Monika's book? Also the English translation...Anyone know where to buy it?

Dave's Garden has a section called Garden Bookworm. I see that it lists Amazon.com as the place to get this book. I did, but discovered that it doesn't come with the English translation booklet. I had to order the translation from the enclosed website. I would get the Monika's book from them.

I went to the link and karchesky's after saying theirs is an autographed copy and comes with the
sends you to Amazon for a higher price and no mention of the translation book coming with it??? any ideas??
You might check with Calalily to see if she still has some to sell. I know she used to sell them here with the translation.

I did find the book on Amazon, but only in German, without an English translation.
