Had dindin at a friends house last night to taste the dishes we are all bringing to a wedding reception she is hosting. The "griller" brought 2 sauces for the chicken skewers but did not stay. We had chix breasts and marinated them in the thick curry sauce(sauce #1) for 1/2 hour then grilled. There was a peanut dipping sauce(sauce #2) to be served w/ the curried chix breasts. So good. Any of you gourmands/kitchen divas suggest recipes for these sauces? the peanut dipping sauce(peanut butter I am sure) had a bit of a bite of a hot pepper.
