Yellow Leaves

Hull,Ga, GA(Zone 8a)

Can anyone give me advise on how to handle the problem of yellow leaves? I have a Brug full of blooms, and now the leaves are turning yellow and falling off. I hope I don't loose all the blooms..

Taja brugs are trees. It is normal for brugs to lose the lower leaves and small branches on the trunk and larger branches as the plant matures and grows taller. There are other reasons for leaf yellowing such as not enough water, spidermites and poor nutrition and high temps. I can't see the plant very well in your picture but it looks like only the lower older leaves are yellowing and dropping. Is your problem more serious than that?

Vee8ch , well you know how hot it is in Florida. 93 degrees now. I water daily and give it MG weekly. I also give Epson S monthly. There must be 25 new buds ready to bloom on that one, the other one has about 10 and I just can't wait! The bigger one had about 10 blooms in July, peach color. Thanks for the info...

taja, I had one that had a bunch of buds, dropped all its leaves and she bloomed, just as pretty as ever, nude, but the blooms were wonderful...

Hope those buds hang in there for you.
My biggest tree is kinda sparse looking of leaves but there's lots of buds. That is the way it looked last year at this time too. It is that dog days of summer kind of look. Even though we still have the heat I can see a nice change happening with my brugs. They know the sun's postion is changing and cooler days are ahead. Everybody's perking up! The best months are yet to come.
Remember to show us a picture when those buds open. :)
