Hi, I had a recipe for this and can't find anyone know what I'm talking about ?You take the zucchini the big ones seed, and cut to look like sliced apples put in lemon juice sugar and cinnamon cook on stove till zucchini absorbs the juice about 15 mins ......now here the problem forgot how to make the bottom crust ......HELP.Sharon
