I have been looking for awhile now online and I give up!! LOL. I know the Victoria Amazonica but I want to know the names of the bumpy one and the bi colored one. Can anyone help me? THANKS
Anyone know the name of these giant water lilies?
That looks like a pond at Longwood Gardens. I didn't write them down when I was there, so I can't help. Sorry.
Kell the bumpy one *might* be Euryale ferox (prickly water lily, Gorgon plant).
The bi-colored one is a tropical water lily.
Difficult to say which tropical but N. 'Christine Lingg' is my guess (flower is violet coloured).

I would kill to go there! ;)
After all the help you've given me......I'm tickled pink to come up with something for you. :)
The big ones in the back (Is this obvious? I'm not a pond person yet but I was excited to recognize them) look like the Victoria lily pads, http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/dynoGallDetail.asp?photoID=203746&catID=509&style=&contestCatID=&rowNumber=23&camID= Saw them in the wild in Peru on a tropical biology course.. pretty amazing.
