We were talking about favorite cookbooks on the favorite cookie thread and both meezersfive and I have our ancient Betty Crocker cookbooks from the 50's - no, not the 1850's!
Aside from BC I love the Silver Palate cookbooks and Moosewood , 60 minute meals by Pierre Franey and all of Julia Child's but the French Chef is my "best of Julia", and Arthur Schwartz's.
