I found an old vhs tape today

As I was cleaning out the drawer I found an old VHS tape from 96 of all our pets. It was so good to see those that passed on "alive" again. I can't believe how many are now passed over and no longer here. The ones we still have with us are now slow and tired. It was good to see them jumping and playing like pups again. Sniff.
I especially miss having a calico cat in my life. I better not dwell on that. I have quite enough already.
It was a bitter sweet morning and I even found a tape with my now deceased MIL on it. She had her hair in rollers as we appeared unexpectedly to try out our new video camera. We respected her wishes most of the time not to film her. LOL I am glad we did get a few candid sneaks views to remember her sweet and pleasant ways.
I even looked ten years younger. LOL
