Frozen Daiquiri

I used to have a recipe for frozen daiquiris -

It called for 1 fifth run
12 oz frozen limeade concentrate
7 up can't remember the quantity

And...???

Does anyone know this recipe?

You mix it all up and keep in the freezer
When ready to use, put in blender with ice, berries/fruit and one scoop of van. ice cream.

Yum...
