who you gonna call?

i was searching all over the internet, through driver guides & manufacturers, aenas & forums, just looking for a simple answer. after an hour an a half, & total exasperation, & too much information, i asked myself, why isn't there just somebody i can call?

so here i am, "calling" on DG members...

i promise this is an easy one...

how do you know if your graphics driver is 3-D? Mine is called VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP. no more info on PC or at via.com, viarena.com, driverguide.com, s3graphics.com. well, lots of info, but none come right out & say "this is 3-D". surely it is?...

many thanks. i hang my head in shame for not posting here first. since my hand surgery i hve tried to limit my postings, but i'm getting pretty good at this one-handed typing!
