Patio Greenhouse, which direction to face it?

Hi,

I've just ordered at Patio Greenhouse from Gardener's Supply. It's quite small, 17" deep by 4' wide and 5' tall or so. I've never had a greenhouse before. This one will go up against the house on our back patio. I can have it face east or south. Does it matter? Should they be in bright shade, full sun or what?

La.. Typically you want a greehouse in full sun. But since you are in Florida it could get pretty hot.
