This is a good overview of how to make a pasta salad... the key being to place the pasta on a cookie sheet after it has been drained so it can air dry!!!

It's too 'dog gone' hot to mess with cooking much plus my cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers are ready so I'm going to do SALADS for a few days. I made a great one tonight with diced summer sausage, thinly slices sweet onion, celery, chopped tomatoes, roasted peppers and spiral pasta tossed with zesty Italian dressing.
