HI,

Do you have this staked?

I'm about to pull mine out. The leaves look like swiss cheese, and very pale green and they fell over.
Not too happy.

Hap, it looks like there's some kind of support in there. When you enlarge the picture you can see a black wire or something. I'm pretty sure it is staked.

I have one now that is over 6 feet. It has a VERY sturdy base and is in no danger of falling over.
