When I send a SASBE, I address the bubble envelope, put the postage on (usually $0.49) and then put that envelope in a manila envelope, (6 inches by 9 inches)

It might cost a bit more that way, but I have found it works best for me.

You can also send the bubble envelope to the sender, and place inside it the postage and a mailing label. You would have to be careful opening the envelope on the receiving end, and tape it back shut.

Hope this helps

It's also a good idea to include a list of the seeds you had asked for and to note your DG name. Otherwise it can get pretty confusing as you try to sort through the trading threads to figure out what "Sally Brown from Ohio" might have wanted. When somebody is generous enought to offer seeds for postage, you want to make things as easy as possible on their end, *smile*

Good ones Janis and Jill. Thanks!

When i send a sabe i put the return postage inside the envelope with a return label and a note. I do not peel of the paper covering the sticky part of the envelope flap but tape it closed. That way it can be sent back to me easier and the flap is still good.

Marilyn,

That is the way I do it also.

So, what you 2 are saying is to just use one envelope. Then the person giving the seeds can just place your enclosed label over the top of the address on the outside of the envelope , put the seeds in, take the original tape off and use the same envelope, with the stamps you have provided.

That makes sense. Jeanette
