Thanks Anne and Hemlady. I bought this locally about 5 years ago, and last fall ordered some more from Bluestone Perennials. Their plants are small but really healthy and most bloom the next year if I order them in the fall. I did just order a few more phlox from them. They usually send my fall order the end of August.
