A lady stopped by today. Her husband passed away last month, and she wanted to know if we would be interested in another Great Dane. I have 3 right now...and told he I would have to ask my husband what he thought. She explained that her husband had passed away and his Great Dane was just more than she could handle and had time for.
When my husband got home I told him...he called her and we went to look at her...of course she came home with us. She was in an outside pen...but it is so hot out...we decided she needed to be an inside dog. She turned 2 in March. We gave her a good bath, and she seems to be right at home here. All the other dogs seem to like her too...well, all but Mouse our Rat Terror. He thinks he's is a Great Dane. Poor lil fellow...he just doesn't have a clue.
