I have an question about the soil in my wine barrels (18). I had soil brought in from a soil and sand place. I talked to a few nurseries and they said it real good soil. I took that soil and mixed the soil with worm castings and commercial compost. Then I take my juice pulp (2lbs a day) and put that and eight or ten cups of alf alfa pellets. I end up putting about eight pounds of pulp in each barrel and mix it in. I am going to end up with about 30 or more barrels. My question is should I ad anything else to the soil and still be organic? I also use alf alfa tea and worm casting tea in the barrels. Thank you for any help. Richard
