Ingredients:
4 oz. Orange Jell-O
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Orange Extract
1 Cup Milk
1 Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1/2 Cup Cold Water
1 Box Orange Cake Mix
4 oz. Cool Whip
Baking Directions:
1. Prepare Orange Cake per directions on box in a 9x13 baking pan.
2. Let cake cool completely.
3. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes throughout the cake.
4. Combine Jell-O, hot and cold water and pour over the cake.
5. Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour.
6. Combine the Cool Whip, vanilla extract, orange extract, milk and vanilla pudding in a medium mixing bowl.
7. Whip the mixture with a wire whisk until fluffy and smooth.
8. Spread the icing on the cake and refrigerate over night.
