My brug luck so far

2005 joins the list of poopy past years rofl! It really stinks! Every cutting that I'm evaluating for others has been white so far. I lost a ton of special seedlings due to root rot after 27 days of rain and barely any sun back in June. I'm sure they would have been white so I guess they are better off in brug heaven. Still have some double pink seedlings but I feel certain they will look like white suaveolens when they flower just because I touched them. 99% of my own hybrids were always white.
The only fun I've had so far this year is to watch a 4 pointer being born. Of course it's white but isn't it cool looking? lol!

I haven't had tons of blooms either. The rain in non-stop and I can't get out to enjoy one when it does bloom. After the rain is the steam and mosquitoes. Aaah the joys of August in the south.

I like your 4 pointer. It would be neat to have a whole plant of them.

but does it stink good? Rich fragrance is a big redeeming value with me. :)

Sorry to hear about your weather troubles Vicki. It seems many of us no mater where we are have had weather pay it's toll on the brugs this year.
The 4 pointer is really interesting looking. How cool is that!! Hope the remainder of the growing season cooperates with you.

Yes it does stink good. One flower is like having 20 when compared to most of the white seedlings I'm evaluating so far. It is v. peach x Pink Beauty H- JT SP-LindaSC.

Just in case there are new growers that might not understand: This square flower is a mutation. I've seen alot of 6 pointers and 7 pointers in person (Isabella is the queen of 6 pointers) but I've never had a 4 pointer of my very own. None of the other flowers on this brug have been 4 pointers.
